How do custom charm orders work?

Choose gold or silver, pick your chain style, then select your charm count (5, 9, 13, 18). At checkout, list the numbers associated with each charm you would like or describe your vibe and provide details for a story based piece that I will pick for you. Either way, I'll build and ship your order in gift ready packaging.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. During new launches or holidays, processing can take a little longer. Your order confirmation will reflect the most accurate timeframe.

Do you offer rush orders?

Typically no since everything is made by hand. However, if you need something by specific date please message me before ordering and I can confirm if your deadline can be met.

What materials do you use?

Materials do vary by piece. Most custom charms are 14K or 18K gold filled components and findings. The earrings are a combination of gold filled, polymer clay, acrylic, and cubic zirconium. This makes them lightweight while maintaining durability. If you have metal sensitivities don't hesitate to ask me about specific pieces!

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Many customers with sensitive ears do well with my earrings, but hypoallergenic can mean different things for different people. If you have allergies (nickel, brass, etc.) message me and I can recommend the best option for you.

Will my piece look identical to the photos?

The charms will come as they appear in photos. Spacing and placement of the charms will vary to create the best balance and fit. The polymer clay pieces are one of a kind and will vary from slightly from piece to piece. 

Can I choose specific charms?

Yes! If you know the exact charms you want, include the corresponding number at checkout. If you want them in a specific order please specify. I can also design a piece based on your likes or a story, it's up to you!

Can you make matching sets or bridesmaid gifts?

Absolutely! Matching sets and gift bundles are available. Please message me with quantities, color & metal preferences, and your deadline.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are packaged gift ready. You can also add a gift note at checkout.

What is your return/exchange policy?

ready to ship pieces are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package as long as they are unworn and in original condition (including all original packaging). Custom charm orders are typically final sale. If there is ever an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, contact me right away so we can reach a suitable solution. I want you to love your pieces!

What do I do if my pieces arrive damaged?

Please message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item. I'll help you with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid putting your jewelry in contact with chemicals, perfume, lotions or prolonged water exposure.

Remove before showering, swimming, or working out.

Store pieces lying flat in a cool, dry place. You can store your pieces in the jewelry box they arrive in.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. We can ship to most countries, please message me for individual quotes.

Where do you ship from?

All pieces are made and shipped from Kansas City, Missouri.
